I am so glad that I recommended Zen to my family when our beloved Grandmother passed away on last SUN. Zen was activated at the very last hour and he spent 2 hours explaining the full procedures to the family member before sending his team to bring my Grandmother away to prepare her for the wake. Not forgetting to rush down to the wake venue for survey, by the time it was already very late. Zen gave clear instructions to the group chat setup for all the family members. Pricing was transparent and there was no discrepancy. Everything was executed with perfection and at every moment, he will always check on the family members well being. What really impressed us all is during the ritual, Zen, guided the family with every single word and allowing the family to follow throughout. I would highly recommend Confidence Funeral Services for anyone who not just wants a perfect clockwork funeral procession organised, but one where the family is empowered with the knowledge and considerations to do what is best for their loved one. Zen and team went above and beyond to explain in great detail the rationale and choices behind various options and procedures so that we may make the best decisions for our beloved (grand) aunty. The attention to detail and clockwork processes are the best I have experienced. Pricing-wise is also competitive with all costs being explained upfront and perishables being offered on a consignment basis so that there is no wastage and overcharging. They are also probably the only company whom doesn’t ask for payment till 7 days after the funeral. Zen Goh, the funeral director, just sent a text message in my funeral group chat, reminding us that today marks the 100th day of the passing of my grandmother. This attention to detail and post-funeral care from Zen Goh is just a snippet of his consistent care towards my family and I throughout the funeral. When my grandmother passed away in the wee hours 100 days ago, Zen was all-ears and accommodating to listen to my needs at 4.18am. I didn't have to worry a thing as Zen was guiding us patiently to handle all the funeral proceedings. Zen was open and transparent about the funeral costs to suit our budget. He helped us through our mourning by taking care of all funeral arrangements, down to the smallest of detail like how much to pack in red packets for the service staff.
